CoST Uganda with a partnership with PPDA_ analyzed the GPP infrastructure procurement data against the CoST Infrastructure Data Standard. The analysis was based on five key indicators including; proactive disclosure- 41 data points, cost and time overruns, tender management and transparency in procurement; the findings suggest there is need for engagement between Government and the Private Sector to discuss practical ways necessary to improve the disclosure and increased participation in public procurement processes, that would ultimately increase fair business practices and open markets for the private sector to engage.
