Enock is the Director Research at Action Coalition on Climate Change (ACCC), Kampala. He is also the Current Alternate Chair Civil Society Coalition on Oil and Gas (CSCO). He is the current Vice chairperson Construction Sector Transparency Initiative (CoST) Uganda Multi-stakeholders Group (MSG). He brings expertise from the Civil Society to the MSG.
