Jackson is the Assistant Commissioner Office of the Prime Minister(OPM). He sits on the CoST MSG as a Member representing the Government. OPM as leader of Government business in parliament and as the agency mandated to monitor service delivery, the construction sector inclusive, CoST Uganda takes great advantage of this opportunity to engage the OPM directly through the MSG on the delivery of the public construction sector across the country. With OPM on the MSG, we have a direct response on concerns raised by the citizens.
