Olive has 8 years’ experience in policy analysis, community driven development, transformative learning, infrastructure transparency, multi-stakeholder working, social and economic accountability, gender governance, strategic planning, management and administration, stakeholder engagement and mentorship.
She is the CoST Manager, Uganda managing the daily planning and delivery of the CoST Uganda country programme. She also works as Africa Regional Manager for CoST International.
Olive has handled national and international multi-stakeholder and multi-disciplinary programmes responsible for planning, implementation of national programmes in Uganda and coordinating the Multi-Stakeholder Groups and CoST countries in Africa. She has also offered capacity building, mentorship, knowledge generation and learning to all countries interested in enhancing infrastructure transparency in Africa.
She brings to CoST has vast skills and knowledge in gender mainstreaming, activism and service delivery monitoring, social and policy analysis, advocacy and citizen empowerment using transformative approaches. She holds a Master’s degree in Management Studies (Public Policy and Governance) and a Post Graduate Diploma in Public Policy and Governance all from Uganda Management Institute; a Bachelor’s Degree in Community Based Development from Nkumba University-Uganda, and a Certificate in Gender Mainstreaming and Transformative learning from the Institute of Social Transformation. Olive is a trained fellow on fighting Fraud in NGOs, Humentum Class of June 2019.
