Over the last four years, CoST Uganda has grown and thus, implemented various actions towards infrastructure transparency, released four Assurance Reports[1], conducted a Scoping Study, and conducted a series of capacity building and awareness raising[2] events in a bid to enhance infrastructure transparency. Implementing CoST approaches in Uganda has enabled us learn, document achievements[3], grow our stakeholder network, establish strong relationships across Government, Private Sector and the Civil Society. In the same way, the programme has experienced challenges, noted opportunities and developed lessons. CoST International in 2020 launched a new Business plan[4] which provides a global focus on how member programmes could contextualize issues of infrastructure transparency, engage stakeholders for support of the national programmes.
With support from the FCDO and CoST International we are looking for a resource person (s) to develop a five year Business Plana and support our fundraising efforts. If you have these skills, and experience, please submit your proposal today and work with us in this exciting task.
